I’m Daniel Morales — a lead software engineer with over 9 years of experience, a serial entrepreneur with 7+ years of building businesses, and a product builder focused on SaaS, mobile apps, and AI. This site is where I write about what I learn — engineering decisions, product thinking, and the craft of shipping useful software.

I’ve been a foundational engineer and a lead engineer, building products from the ground up and guiding teams through complex technical decisions. My work spans web apps, mobile apps, and AI, and I care about turning technical depth into products people actually use.

Outside of my day job, I build SaaS and mobile app products. I believe the best way to learn is to build real things and explain them clearly. That’s what this site is for.
